1)- Firstly, lie on your back. Join the legs together. Relax the whole body (Savasana position).
2)- Place the palm on the ground. Keep breathing normally.
3)- While exhaling, press the palm on the ground and raise both the legs straight upwards then try to touch the ground behind.
4)- To feel the full benefits of the posture, move the feet as far ahead of the head as possible. At this stage, one achieves a chin lock. At this point the thyroid glands are pressurized.
5)- Breathe slowly and hold the posture for according to your ability stay in this posture for 60 to 90 seconds, and then slowly bring the legs back. Initially take less time (30 seconds is also enough) and gradually increase the time.
6)- Now slowly release the pose to return to savasana position.
7)- Repeat this Asana for 3-5 times.
