1)- Firstly, to do Child’s Pose, sit in Vajrasana on your yoga mat or ground.

4)- Keep leaning forward until your palms touch the ground.
5)- Now take the head on the ground.
6)- Now move your hands back towards your feet, keep in mind that your hands should be adjacent to your feet and facing the palms, keep your hands behind the heel.
7)- Now you are in Balasana’s pose Relax the entire body Just close your eyes and start counting your breath. Breathe at that moment and exhale slowly.
8)- One can stay in Balasan for 30 minutes to 5 minutes.
9)- Try to keep your body in this posture for 2 minutes (increase time by day).
10)- Leaving the posture and coming back to your initial position or resting for some time for Vajrasana and repeating the posture about 3 to 5 times (no stress to your body during the process).
