Hakini Mudra – Gesture of thoughts
Hakini mudra in yoga can be described as a gesture in which you need to join the tips of the five fingers of your right hand with the left hand. This mudra, which is named after Lord Hakini, is said to help increase thinking and concentration. This gesture is believed to be associated with the third-eye cycle, where your imagination and intuition are located.
However, the best thing is that the human brain can be trained, like the body. The strength of a human brain can be increased, and performing postures is one of the best ways to do this. Hakini Mudra is a very effective sign known as God in Hindu culture and associated with the 6th Chakra. It directs your consciousness through your 6th chakra, also known as the third eye or pineal eye. This mudra is also recommended for many memory training and management programs.

Hakini mudra can be easily practiced anytime and anywhere, just about anyone, as it is quite easy.
- Keep your hands in front of you, so that your palms are facing each other, but do not touch.
- Bring the fingers of your right hand towards the fingers of your left hand so that they are touching each other.
- Move your gaze upward
- When you place your tongue on the roof of your mouth, inhale
- Exhale while allowing your tongue to relax
