Hansi Mudra – Gesture of self love
Hansi Mudra – There is a common urge for happiness in everyone’s life and this mudra brings a feeling of fulfillment in a person. It is not recommended to chant mantras or slogans while practicing this mudra.
Sukhasana is best suited for this posture, although one can be seated in a relaxed position. However, this should not be attempted while walking. It can be practiced for 5 minutes daily and the duration can be gradually increased to 40 minutes.

Follow the steps :
The tips of the index finger, ring finger and middle finger gently touch the tip of the thumb. The little finger is alone. This is done with both hands.
